F-SP Girl Scouts Info, Sign-Up

Do you or the girl in your life want to get involved in an exciting year of girl-centered fun, community service and leadership? Do you want to just learn a little more about Girl Scouts?

Join us at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013, at Terrill Middle School for our annual FSPGS Recruitment Night. This event is for parents and guardians of any girls interested in learning more about Girl Scouts in Fanwood and Scotch Plains -- whether the girl is entering Kindergarten, 12th grade or somewhere in between. We will have information, registration instructions and lots of people who can share their experiences and answer questions.

Girls need not attend, but if they do, they can spend time with older Girl Scouts who will introduce them to Girl Scouting in Fanwood-Scotch Plains.

We encourage interested parents and guardians to attend this meeting to be sure they and/or their girl are signed up to participate. Troops will be formed as soon as we have leaders, so please consider being a Girl Scout leader and sharing the GS program with your girl. It’s a wonderful organization that will benefit both of you! Free training is provided, and ongoing support is available throughout the Fanwood-Scotch Plains GS community and beyond.

FSPGS is part of Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey, which is part of GSUSA.
