Jim Tansey, of the Essex County Emerald Society Pipes and Drums, and Grand Marshal of the 2013 Union County St. Patrick's Day parade will play Irish tunes, including JFK's favorite, "The Boys of Wexford," to mark the 50th anniversary of President Kennedy's assassination.
