Registration Starts Soon for Holiday House Decorating Contest

The deadline to sign up is Dec. 12.

Registration for the third annual Scotch Plains-Fanwood Holiday House Decorating Contest begins next week.

The event, sponsored by the Scotch Plains Junior Women's Club, welcomes decorators of all types to take part in the competition.

"Whether you’re a traditional 'Martha Stewart,' where every bulb and decoration is just so, or a 'Clark Griswold,' where it’s the more lights and decorations the merrier, here’s your chance to shine and be involved in some friendly, fun-filled competition while helping the needs of our community and  programs offering those services," the women's club writes.
