Monday's rain and wind storm did have one positive outcome for the area: a rainbow.
Patch contributor Cindy Loh snapped this shot of the sky Monday afternoon on Route 22. Loh says the rainbow was most visible along West Broad Street off Martine Avenue in Scotch Plains.
