Fanwood Residents Report Several Overnight Vehicle Break-Ins
The incidents are said to have occurred in the past 24-36 hours.
Several Fanwood residents are reporting that there was a spate of vehicle break-ins in their neighborhood overnight.
Those who e-mailed Patch say the break-ins occurred early within the last 24 to 36 hours on Herbert Avenue, Burns Way and Poplar Place near La Grande Avenue.
This information has not been confirmed by Fanwood police yet, but because of the volume of reports from residents, Patch is sharing this information so that residents know to lock their doors and keep valuables out of sight.
