A former Westfield woman was shot execution-style during a July 19 home invasion robbery near Atlanta.

Karida Winkler, who has extensive family in this area, was shot and killed during a robbery of her apartment. Her roommate, 28-year-old, Lanaetria Renee Butler, of Jacksonville, FL, was also killed.

Winkler's family is gathering today to remember her loss.
