Scotch Plains Resident Found with Heroin

Police found the drug after stopping the man for a traffic violation.

Scotch Plains Police arrested Robert Tucceri, 22, of Scotch Plains, on Friday, June 5, after finding him in possession of heroin.

Lt. Brian Donnelly of the police department said that Tucceri was stopped for a motor vehicle violation when police discovered he had a warrant for his arrest on another motor vehicle violation. Officers then also found him in possession of the drug. 

Tucceri was then taken to the police headquarters, where he posted bail and was released.
