The Scotch Plains Township Council will meet at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, for its conference meeting, then convene at 8 p.m. for its regular meeting.
The 6:45 p.m. meeting is held in the conference room on the second floor of municipal hall. The 8 p.m. meeting is held in council chambers on the first floor.
